We are sorry that we don’t accept the fencing shoes are not at the original condition, this includes the packaging, upper, bottom, sides, and surface of the shoes. When considering returning a pair of fencing shoes, keep in mind that fencing shoes are designed to protect the fencers by reducing damage from accidental overextended lunges, which includes the sides, upper, and bottom. If the side, upper surface, or bottom is repeatedly dragged along the floor due to overextended lunges, it will cause damage that is not covered by the warranty.
