Bundle Return Policy (Shoes + Socks)

For hygiene reasons, worn socks cannot be returned. If you purchase the shoes-and-socks bundle, please ensure:

• Socks remain unused and in their original packaging

• Shoes show no signs of damage and stain and are in original condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements, detailed requirement please see Shipping & Return.

For a refund, both the shoes and socks must be returned. If only part of the bundle is returned and passes inspection, we will refund only the items received.

For an exchange, please email us at contact@octavfencing.com and return the item (shoes or socks) you wish to exchange for a different size.
Colour exchanges are not available.
