    Shoes Exchange & Return Policy
    Our products are guaranteed for 14 days against material or manufacturing defects (excluding damage from misuse). Shoes may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt if unused, in original condition and packaging, with the label attached and a valid receipt. Return postage costs are not reimbursed. Please note that fencing shoes are designed to absorb strain from lunges; wear from dragging the sides, upper, or sole across the floor due to overextension is not covered. A 30-day warranty covers issues like sole separation over 20mm, air cushion collapse, severe discoloration, or structural failure. Shoes with broken soles, heels, or mismatched pairs may be returned if replacements are unavailable. Damage from improper use, exposure to harsh elements, unauthorized repairs, lack of proof of purchase, or marked-down items is not covered.

    Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing prior to dispatch. We strive to fulfill all orders as promptly as possible. Shipping is carried out via Royal Mail, Evri, and UPS, both within the UK and to select international destinations.
